Presenters' Help for Learning Times / Elluminate Live

Be sure you have a Learning Times account before attempting to access any of the resources given below.

  • Click on BECOME A MEMBER! (bottom right corner) and follow the instructions that you will see:

  • In most cases, enter your e-mail address and click on JOIN NOW . . .

Self-Access Training Materials

Once you are a member of Learning Times, you can access a collection of excellent tutorials and other resource materials. These materials include both Elluminate and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files on such topics as "Getting Started with Elluminate Live," recording your session, loading Whiteboard content (including Powerpoint slides), and using multimedia content. This tutorial shows how to upload Powerpoint slides and other types of material that might be used on the whiteboard in Elluminate.

In the above tutorial, presenters are shown how to pre-load URLs for websites that participants can access during the presentation.


Checking your equipment

You can check your microphone (required for all Elluminate Live presentations) and other hardware by going to the Learning Times Self-Test Room.
